Diagnosis

Mesoscutum and scutellum golden, mesoscutum with raised and rather strong reticulation, scutellum with engraved and weak reticulation; femora and tibiae dark and metallic; propodeum with median carina long and narrow, LC/WC = 4.9; female petiole 1.4X as long as wide; gaster with first tergite with elongate punctures.< /FONT >
